Homemade Bug Juice or Wildcat Juice....

Ryan in his first endorsement!
Homemade Gatorade/Bug Juice-WildCat Juice!
Nothing like enjoying some energizing juice at a fraction of the cost.We all have little athletes that drink their weight in juice, so we decided to make our own. It is delicious and you can color it the color of your favorite team. If we are playing at "home" we call it WildCat Winner Juice, or when we play other teams we call it their mascot's name plus blood. Example: "Hawks Blood". It is a fun motivator and you can change the recipe to suit your athletes taste! Go Juice!
Homemade Athlete Juice
1-Empty 64 oz container
60 0z. water
1-2 cups of sugar-(sugar to taste)
4 Table Spoons of Lemon Juice
4 Table Spoons of Lime Juice
4 Flinstone Vitamins Crushed up
Add all ingredients then Shake up until everything is dissolved
Then add your food coloring. Once finished pour into empty water bottles
or sports drink bottles, you can make labels and be creative with title.
Make, Drink, Win!
